Terms, Conditions & Return Policies

PERSONAL INFORMATION: (Such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address) which are only collected by Arn’s Wood Shop through our web page, will not be sold or shared with ANYONE outside of our business, except for freight carriers or companies necessary to process your order. Arn’s Wood Shop is not responsible for what PayPal or any other partnered business does with your personal information. Please review PayPal's Terms & Conditions.
 

COD: We currently do not accept COD orders. 
 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: Currently all credit card payments are processed through PayPal.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS VIA E-MAIL, IT IS NOT SECURE. 
 

SHIPMENTS: All shipping is done through UPS, unless dimensions and weight prohibit that method. Currently, UPS dimensions are total of L + W + H = 165 inches or less.  Weight is less than 150 lbs. If common carrier shipment is required, you will be notified. For all local orders or anyone who wants to pick up their order at our store location, please select “Store Pickup” from the “shipping Method” drop down box and your order will be held for pick up. Our store is located at 1190 East 135 South, Vernal, UT  84078.

 

TRACKING DELIVERIES: Go to the internet site of the carrier and enter the tracking number.
 

DELIVERY: Generally you should receive your order between 5 - 10 business days after your order has been processed. We do not ship on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays. If for any reason, we cannot ship any of your ordered products within 7 business days, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. 
 

DAMAGED GOODS: If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damages, please call the shipping company immediately. The contact information for the shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Do not throw anything away.

 

RETURN ITEMS: To return a product, it must be in resale condition and in the original packaging. The item must be returned within 20 days of purchase. No return shipping costs will be refunded. Please contact us immediately if any item is defective beyond normal wood characteristics. E-mail us at sales@arnswoodshop.com with your complaint and a representative will respond. Sale, promotional or personalized items may not be returned. 

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT: We reserve the right to modify any product without notice. We reserve the right to substitute wood product components to provide timely shipping without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

 

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for children who may chew and/or swallow any or part of our wood products. We are not responsible for your children’s actions. We are not responsible for any inappropriate use to injure or damage another person or thing.

 

OUR COMMITMENT: Many, many years of experience has gone into the manufacturing of our products. We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. Most of our product parts are hand cut and hand sanded. We do not use factory machines to assemble our products. We inspect our own work and assembly.
